SHIPPING RATES (Continental US):
10% of total with a $7.50 minimum

All items are shipped through UPS ground, except watches which are shipped via the US postal service.

If you prefer 2 day or 3 day air, please state so in your comments. An additional fee will be added.

All International orders, Hawaii, and Alaska: Shipping charges will not be automatically added during the order process, but international shipping or 2/3 day air options will be emailed to you within 24 business hours of placing your order. That cost will then be added upon your approval.

Please allow between 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Watches may take up to 10 business days.

ORDERING ON-LINE
Navigate to the item you are interested in purchasing. Cick on the "more information" button for a complete description. Click the button that says "Add to Cart" to purchase it. A box will pop up confirming the item being added- hit "ok" if it is correct. If you would like to add more items, please hit "Keep Shopping" on any of the following screens. On the next screens, please fill in the information requested. Please provide your phone number and exact name and address as they appear in your bank's records to avoid any delays. We will not be responsible for delayed shipments due to an inability to properly verify cardholder information. Please make sure the email address given is correct. If there is any problems, concerns, or questions with your order, we will first try reaching you by email, then by phone. For phone messages, we refer to our company as "1-2-3 Gifts" as to not give away any information if this item is a gift for a household member. After the credit card information page, the confirmation page will come up. Please review the information on this page and hit "Please click here if the following information is correct". This will confirm the order. If you have any problems placing your order or am not sure if it went through correctly, please send us an email or call our number above for assistance.

ORDERING BY PHONE
We would be glad to take your order over the phone, simply call us at the above number for assistance. Please leave a message if our voice system comes up and we will usually return your call that day (Monday- Friday). You can also email us, and we would be glad to call you back at a specified time.

LAYAWAY PLAN
Please supply us with your email address or fax number, and we will send you specific information regarding our layaway plan.

RETURNS
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, if you decide to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange within 30 days from date of order, please:
Call us at 1-619-628-8484 to receive your return authorization code. Please write this authorization code on the return shipping label and the original invoice. The original invoice must be included in the returned package. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted on custom merchandise, special orders, discounted orders, or international shipments.

Secure all merchandise in the original containers it was shipped in, including the gift boxes within which your order was shipped. Then, place the box inside the return packaging you received in the package with your shipment. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged, or is not returned to us as instructed. If you discarded any of these shipping materials, or would like any help with this step of the process, please call us.

Ship your purchase via a standard shipper of your choice. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with return receipt. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund of the order price (minus any shipping charges) will be issued.

EXCHANGES
If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for another selection, provided the first purchase is returned within 30 days of shipment. If you prefer an exchange to a refund, please let us know. Please see returns section for all procedures, items non-returnable, and information on returning items. If you have any questions about our return or exchange procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Customer is responsible to note specifics about damages at time of delivery, on delivery receipt, for boxes that arrive visibly damaged.
